ODR (Online Dispute Resolution)

It is a process that allows consumers residing in the territory of the European Union to present their complaints concerning contracts stipulated online (both for the purchase of goods and services) with companies based in the EU. Pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 / EU, these companies are required to inform their users of the possibility to use this tool and to make available on their site the link to the so-called "ODR platform" (Online Dispute Resolution) provided by the European Commission.

Online resolution of consumer disputes

The consumer residing in Europe must be aware of the fact that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial manner any dispute relating to and / or deriving from contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated on the web. As a consequence, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated with the Owner. The platform is available at the following link. The Owner is available to answer any questions sent by email to the email address published in this document.
